Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
While we have never had an unhappy client, we cannot predict the future. There is currently no refund policy for coaching sessions as they are paid per session at this time. If we decide to create a package of multiple sessions in the future, we will update this agreement.
As stated in your coaching contract, there are no refunds for coaching sessions but a client is able to discontinue coaching sessions if they are unsatisfied or no longer wish to be coached by New Altitudes, LLC.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment personally from Britt Lanza, CEO of New Altitudes with a contract and other information.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
